You can select your order each week or we offer a subscription-based option where your card will automatically be charged each week and your order renewed. Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled at any time. We also offer some prepaid Plans - These usually run as a 4 or 6 week plan and are paid in advance and heavily discounted. These can be paused or altered to same value but not cancelled. 

The meal plans are a set menu so we cant easily alter or customise meals however if you have a simple request e.g no Chicken Curry provide substitute we will do our best to accomodate. The best way is to use our individual meal menu where you can select your favourite meals each week, Just go to the meals section and choose exactly the individual meals you want. 

Yes you can indeed! Then just pierce the film and microwave 800W for 3 mins stir and microwave for approx another 2 mins or until piping hot throughout. (Times may vary its microwave type).

Yes! Pierce lid several times.Heat on full power from refrigerated for approx 3mins (800W) leave to stand for 90 secs stir well and eat! Timings may vary with microwave oven so always heat til piping hot throughout then leave to stand until ready to eat. 

Yes! Our meal trays are oven safe so Pierce the film several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 200C/ Fan 180C/ Gas mark 4 for approx 18/20 or until piping hot throughout.

Yes all our meals labels contain nutritional breakdown information. You can also find this in the description of each meal on the meals section of this website. 

There are between 300-500 calories in the meals.

Our Reduced Carb plan replaces the usual carbohydrates e.g rice or noodles with vegetables, perfect for a lower carb diet.

We deliver on Wednesday's across the North of Ireland and Thursdays to rest of UK and Ireland. You will recieve a text message & email update on your delivery status. On Monday you will recieve a tracking link so you can check the delivery status when sent by courier. If that doesn't suit you don't worry we have a HUGE network of local stockists where our meals can be purchased. If you have ordered past our deadline of Sunday at 9pm your order will usually be moved over for delivery on the following Wednesday.

Not at the moment. While many of our meals don't in fact use ingredients containing these potential allergens we cannot certify our meals as such they are made in a our bakery and kitchen where they made be present. therefore to protect our customer we always state that clearly and our packaging is labelled to that effect also. 

We use Evolve Meal Trays , they are made from an average of 85% recycled PET post-consumer content, uniquely utilising mixed coloured PET as attractive food packaging.

As the products are created from a natural mix of recycled PET, the colours will vary, and the different palettes of colours enable consumers to recognise they use a recycled and circular product.

The Evolve trays are reliably detected by existing sorting infrastructure in the UK and returned to the mixed stream where they can be recycled into new food safe products again and again.

Evolve complies with the strictest food regulations keeping food safe in the entire temperature range between -40°C and 220°C, and outperforming alternative packaging materials in particular on food safety, recycled content, and recyclability.

Unfortunately for some applications/products, there is not a suitable bio-based option – in these cases e.g. our Bowl lids , we select materials such as PET that are widely accepted for recycling. - we are committed to always looking for the most environmentally friendly products we can.
